江西建工第一建筑有限責任公司（以下簡稱江西一建），前身為江西省第一建筑工程公司，成立于1952年。2009年8月，公司整體改制，企業變更為江西建工第一建筑有限責任公司。經過六十多年的發展創新，公司現已成為江西省大型國有控股建筑企業，是江西省國資委出資監管的重點企業。
Jiangxi construction first Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi first construction), formerly known as Jiangxi first construction engineering company, was established in 1952. In August, 2009, the company was restructured as a whole, and the enterprise was changed to Jiangxi construction engineering first Construction Co., Ltd. After more than 60 years of development and innovation, the company has become a large state-owned construction enterprise in Jiangxi Province and a key enterprise invested and supervised by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangxi Province.
江西一建，擁有建設施工中、高級專業技術人員1500余人，其中教授級高工18名，享受國務院政府特殊津貼人才2名，享受省政府特殊津貼人才4名，注冊一級建造師200余人；擁有建筑行業設計專業技術人員80余人，其中注冊設計師20余人。同時，企業擁有建筑工程施工總承包特級資質和建筑工程、人防工程設計“雙甲級”資質，擁有市政公用工程施工總承包以及機電設備安裝、鋼結構、建筑裝修裝飾、消防設施、地基與基礎工程專業承包等六個壹級資質。公司下設3個全資子公司，在省內外設有50多個分公司，設有1個國際工程建設公司，業務范圍遍布國內31個省市自治區和伊拉克、科威特、贊比亞、利比亞等國家和地區。
JCFC has over 1500 medium senior professional technicians, including 18 Professors of Engineering, 2 experts entitled to Government Special Allowance of the State Council (GSASC), 4 to Provincial Government Special Allowance and over 200 registered first-class constructors. And it also owns over 80 professionals in design construction industry, including over 20 Registered Architects. The company also has a special class certificate for construction general contractor, a “Double Top” design qualification for general construction and civil air-defense construction, and totally 6 Grade-A general contracting qualifications for such as municipal public engineering, machinery equipment installation, steel structure, decoration construction of building, firefighting equipment, bases and foundations. The enterprise also has 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries, over 50 branches in and out of the province, and 1 international construction company, running business over 31 regions in and abroad such as Iraq, Kuwait, Zambia and Libya etc.

江西一建在省內率先通過了質量、環境及職業健康安全三個管理體系國際標準認證，建立了省級企業技術中心，獲得國家級工法4項、省級工法60多項，取得國家專利20多項。江西一建全面推行項目標準化管理，不斷發揮工程現場管理的標桿引領作用，僅“十二五”期間,省內外建設行政主管部門在江西一建承建項目上召開的安全、質量標準化管理現場觀摩會就達20余次。公司更是先后獲得6項中國建設工程魯班獎、5項國家優質工程獎、80多項江西省杜鵑花獎。在南昌市“十佳”建筑評選中豪奪“六佳”，在江西省“十佳”建筑評選中獨攬“四佳”。
Keeping inspired by the mission of “ Construction Qualified World, Building Longevity Industry
”, the enterprise continuously carries out the corporate concept of “ Be Gentle and Sincere, Renewing Everyday with Accuracy and Diligence” . With strong technical force, rich management experience and advanced construction technology, it also successively build many influentially major projects, such as China Executive Leadership Academy, Jinggangshan, New Revolutionary Museum, Jinggangshan , Jiangxi Provincial Administrative Center, Xiamen Track Transportation Supporting Complex and Wenzhou Ouhai District Commercial Buildings, which contributed to a decent brand of JCFC. The enterprise took the lead in passing the international certifications of quality, environment and occupational health management system, and built up Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, obtaining 4 national and over 60 provincial engineering methods, more than 20 national patents. Meanwhile, it has a all-round implement of standardization of project management, and an important role of project site management. More than 20 observation tours about safety and quality standardization management were held on the JCFC projects by official construction administration department in and out of Jiangxi province during the Twelve-five Planning. In recent decades, the enterprise was obtained 6 times for the top prize of China construction engineering quality—Luban Prize, 5 for China Prime-quality Project and over 80 for the top provincial quality award—Azalea Prize. Besides, it took “Six Excellence” in Nanchang“Top-10” building election and “Four Excellence” in Jiangxi “Top-10”building election.
